Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping services to all provinces and territories across Canada. In addition, we do offer international shipping.

You can choose between standard shipping, which ships to you in about 3–7 business days, and expedited shipping, which ships to you in 1-5 business days and includes more thorough tracking information when you check out. Purchases made by 10 a.m. EST are shipped out the same day.

Any tariffs or taxes incurred from customs are the responsibility of international buyers.

 

Processing Time

All the orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will always receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we try our best to ensure the estimated delivery times of your product, unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

Changing Shipping Address

Our team will do our best to update your address if you get in touch with us a few hours after completing your transaction. Regretfully, we will be unable to alter your address once your order has been processed.
